Physical Affection: Rhys is okay with this! He likes hugs and brofists.

Relationships: TECHNICALLY Rhys isn't exactly spoken for, but he has tried to romance Sasha in his current route. Emphasis on "try" because she called his attempts to set the mood weird, then the almost got killed by flying jellyfish. And also he may have slapped her butt while possessed, and maaaay have also hidden the fact that he was possessed, AND ALSO accepted an offer to rule a company she hated. But he likes her!
They haven't actually gotten together though and the most he's done is tell Sasha's sister that he likes her a lot. So maybe something slow and over time in that regard? I play Rhys as bi with a heavy lean towards women.
But friendships and familiar relationships are more than welcome! He gets weirdly attached to robots???? But people are ok too when they don't try to get him murdered. Rhys is a fan of that not happening.
